WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellations or changes can be made to your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment. If you are running more than 10 minutes late to an appointment we may not be able to start your treatment and you may be asked to reschedule.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. We want you to be satisfied so if our service or product is faulty it may either be replaced or refunded. We don’t refund for change of mind.

Treatments or services cannot be transferred to other clients.

WHEN ARE APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE?

Treatments are available 7 days a week from 10am - 8pm by appointment only. Appointments can be booked online up to 2 hours prior to starting. Please call us to arrange after-hours and last-minute appointments.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE? WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M LATE?

We try out best to be available as soon as you come into the clinic for this reason please try to come to your appointment on time. If you arrive 10 or more minutes late to your appointment we may not be able to start the treatment and you may be asked to reschedule.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash, Mastercard, eftpos, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express, Union Pay, Diners Club, Samsung Pay, UCB, Alipay. Afterpay is also available. as well as gift vouchers and packages.

IS THERE ANY DOWNTIME? DOES IT HURT?

All of our treatments are effective yet, very gentle and no pain is involved. There is no downtime and you may put on makeup and return to your normal activities right after the treatment.

AM I A SUITABLE CANDIDATE FOR A HYDRAFACIAL, LED THERAPY OR LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE TREATMENT?

HydraFacial, LED Therapy, and Lymphatic Drainage treatment is designed for all skin types. Even the most sensitive skin can easily tolerate these treatments. Your therapist can customise the treatment for your unique skin conditions and needs.

AM I OLD ENOUGH TO HAVE A TREATMENT?

We provide HydraFacial, LED therapy and Lymphatic Drainage treatments to patients that are 14 years - 18 years old with a guardian's permission.

CAN I CLAIM THE TREATMENT UNDER MEDICARE?

No, unfortunately, our treatments are not able to be claimed under medicare.
