Cancellation policy

Appointments cannot be canceled or changed within 24 hours of the time of the appointment.

Refund policy

No change of mind refunds can be given to our products and services. We are more than happy to replace any product with a major problem, in accordance with your rights under Australian law.

Late-comers and no-shows policy

We ask that you arrive on time for your appointments. Please let us know if you are running late. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late we may not be able to start your treatment and you may have to reschedule.

Gift Vouchers

Prestons Hydrafacial gift vouchers are valid until the expiry date specified (3 years from purchase) and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date. Prestons Hydrafacial is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers and is not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost or stolen. This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. This voucher is not valid with any other offer and/or special at Prestons Hydrafacial. This voucher must be used by one person in one visit. No change of mind refunds. Treatments can only be performed if deemed safe and no contraindications are present. Subject to appointment availabilities.

Packages

Packages must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. Packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Packages are to be used by the purchaser only and cannot be transferred No change of mind refunds. Treatments can only be performed if deemed safe and no contraindications are present. Packages are vaild for 3 years from the purchase date. Subject to appointment availabilities.
